  • Simply follow the link provided in the email to download and activate your software.

📦 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day refund or replacement policy on eligible purchases. If you experience any issues, our support team is here to help ensure a smooth resolution.


💻 Electronic Delivery Products

Please note that all our products are digitally delivered. Once software or a product key is delivered to your email, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable under the following conditions:

  • If you encounter installation difficulties, our technical team is available to assist.

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where our support team cannot resolve the issue after full investigation and support.


🧾 Important Notes on Microsoft Product Keys

  • Once a Microsoft Product Key is activated or added to your Microsoft Account, it becomes permanently linked to that account.

  • These keys cannot be removed, transferred, or refunded once activated — even in cases of incorrect versions (e.g., Windows vs. Mac).

  • Please verify compatibility before purchasing.


🔁 Replacements Are Only Issued If:

  • The product key is defective or invalid.

  • You’ve purchased the wrong version, and we determine a replacement is appropriate.

🛑 Replacement Restrictions:

Replacements will not be provided if:

  • The product was purchased in error (e.g., Windows version for a Mac).

  • The product is incompatible with your system, and compatibility was clearly stated.

We may issue a replacement in some cases, at our discretion.


🧰 Installation & Activation Issues

If you’re experiencing trouble activating your product:

  1. Contact our support team first — we’ll help resolve the issue.

  2. We may request:

    • Screenshots of error messages.

    • Remote support access (e.g., via TeamViewer).

  3. Refunds/replacements will only be issued if:

    • We have investigated thoroughly and the issue cannot be resolved.


⚠️ Product Usage Issues

For usage-related issues (e.g., editing in Word or app responsiveness), please contact Microsoft Support directly.


Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem suspicious (e.g., fraudulent transactions).
Please note:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the activation key has been delivered.

  • Activated product keys are non-refundable and non-resellable.

  • Disliking or not using the product is not valid grounds for cancellation.


📬 Digital Delivery Notice

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, once the activation key is shown and emailed, the sale is final.

We log and store:

  • Date/time of code delivery

  • IP address of the viewer

  • Activation status

This ensures transparency and security in all transactions.


Error Code Issues

All redemption errors must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
After this period, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.


🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days for the same product if:

  • The product key is defective.

  • Installation is unsuccessful even after technical support.

Please redeem your key immediately upon receipt to qualify.
